Offshore Wind
Zerust®Excor® offers a range of products for the offshore wind industry. Zerust Oil & Gas Brochure
Zerust® Oil & Gas provides corrosion mitigation solutions and services to clients in the Oil & Gas and process chemical industries. The team leverages a global network of trained corrosion management professionals and channel partners to deliver products, provide local support, conduct client training and participate in solution field trials. In addition, the R&D group works with companies like Petrobras and Total (France) to develop specialised corrosion mitigation solutions and shared intellectual property (IP) technologies.
While there are several generic applications for Zerust® solutions and off-the-shelf product uses, for complex Oil & Gas corrosion problems the Zerust® team combines deep technical expertise and global R&D capabilities with a wide range of product options to arrive at the most efficient and effective solution for each client. How Zerust® Vapour Corrosion Inhibitors (VCIs) Work:
• VCI molecules are released from the inner film into the enclosure.
• These molecules adsorb onto metal surfaces and form a protective layer.
• When the film enclosure is removed, the VCIs dissipate.
Zerust Bag Application Example
An application example of a Zerust Yellow Ferrous bag which has been used to line a crate ready for shipment. The bag helps provide protection from corrosion to the metal components during shipment.
