Vapour Capsules

Zerust Vapour Capsules have been especially developed for corrosion protection of electrical and electronic systems, such as switching cabinets. Each capsule has its own protection radius, in which it develops it’s corrosion protection. The duration of action depends on the capsule used and the air-tightness of the enclosed space. In principle, the capsule should be placed as centrally as possible and close to the metals to be protected. Attachment of the capsule can be easily and quickly achieved by means of the adhesive strip attached to its rear side.

ActivPak® Diffuser Bags

Supplement current corrosion inhibiting packaging methods by using Zerust ActivPak packets to protect interior surfaces of your shipment.

Zerust® ActivPak® packets are easy-to-use diffusers that provide targeted corrosion protection. They work in minutes to prevent flash corrosion on bare metal surfaces in an enclosed space. ActivPak packets provide long-term corrosion protection for ferrous metals and are compatible with aluminium. *Do not place in direct contact with copper or brass and test before full-scale use.

Plastab

Supplement current corrosion inhibiting packaging methods by using Zerust ICT Plastabs to protect interior surfaces of your shipment.

Zerust® ICT® Plastabs® are thin, light, rigid polyethylene squares that are made with patented Zerust ICT corrosion inhibiting technology. Their small, thin shape makes Plastabs perfect for protecting critical surfaces within narrow or hard-to-reach areas of parts or equipment.

Zerust ICT Plastabs can be affixed to most surfaces with a peel-adhesive backing (optional), or simply dispersed throughout bulk packages of metal parts.

Emibo Capsules

EMIBO can be used as a VCI diffuser in cavities or closed load carriers. By means of an individual manufacturing process, it is possible to fabricate customer-specific dimensions in acceptable lot numbers. In this context, both the external dimensions and the protection property for different packaging volumes can be adapted to the individual customer requirements. EMIBO can also be reused, i.e. employed in multi-use application.

For better placement EMIBO capsules can be equipped with a self-adhesive strips or a Velcro type fasteners.

ActivTabs

Prevent flash-corrosion on freshly worked metal surfaces with Zerust® ICT® ActivTab™(LS). Zerust® ActivTabs are drop-in tablets that contain proven Zerust® ICT corrosion inhibitors. The tablets work fast to protect ferrous metals and aluminum against flash-corrosion and continue to protect for up to six months in an enclosure. When used as instructed, ActivPak also protects yellow metals such as copper and brass.

Zerust® ICT ActivTabs provide superior corrosion protection for metal items in small or hard-to-reach areas such as electronic enclosures, inside pipes, or internal areas of large containers. Simply place or sprinkle Zerust® ActivTabs in the desired area and tightly seal closed. The ActivTab rapidly diffuses its protective vapor to keep ferrous metal items free of corrosion.

Emibo® Nature

The Emibo® Nature VCI dispenser capsules’ shell is made of tough cardboard and the VCI active ingredient carrier inside the capsule consists of multi-layered technical filter paper.

It has an innovative VCI chamber system for improved circulation of the active ingredient and ultimately faster VCI release from the inside of the pack.

Unico® VCI Foam

Unico® VCI Foam combines the established anti-corrosion effect of Zerust® Excor® with a soft foam. It is an odourless, dry and abrasion resistant packaging material, that is very versatile and offers fast-acting protection.

Unico® VCI Foam complements Zerust® Excor® anti-corrosion products based on film and paper. It is available in a range of thicknesses, on a roll or as pre-cut pieces.

Zerust® ActivPowder™ (LS) -10F

Apply Zerust® ActivPowder™ (LS)-10F by sprinkling or fogging into void spaces. It is designed to protect metal surfaces in large voids from corrosion.

A self-fogging powder, it combines VCI protection with a Flash Corrosion Inhibitor (FCI) to protect against flash rust and provide long-term corrosion protection.

Zerust® ICT® Open Cell VCI Foam Pads

Use Zerust® ICT® Open Cell VCI Foam Pads with VCI packaging for longer term corrosion protection. It improves protection in demanding environments and on lightly contaminated parts.

Open cell foam contains a high saturation of volatile corrosion inhibitors, which allow it to protect more volume and surface area of densely packed and intricate parts.

Zerust® Tube Strip Pro-20 VCI Diffuser can be trimmed to the desired length and to protect ferrous metal tubes and pipes up to 4 inches in diameter from rust and corrosion for up to 2 years.
